The team at River Oaks, esp Errol Hughes Jr, found THE car for me when the local dealership could not, by responding to an “Ask Me” ad I posted online to the Porsche Network. And the car wasn’t even at their dealership in Houston, but at another Porsche dealer in Houston! I asked Errol how they had so many Porsches, new and used for sale and he told me they sell a lot of cars so they have a higher allocation. I asked whatever questions I had, and there were many! Bob Dale manages a fine team at River Oaks Porsche in Houston.

Michelle was awesome! We were able to work out all the details over the phone so my wife could pick up the car the same day. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Michelle even updated me throughout the process by text. All in all a great experience!!

When I came in originally the price was listed higher than I budgeted for. My sales rep checked with management and they had actually priced it erroneously at a lower cost so I left. Came back the next day unannounced and the price had in fact changed to the correct price but they honored the lower price. I am an out-of-state buyer and I purchased a used Lotus from Porsche River Oaks. I saw the car posted online and called and talked to Len Amato who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Over the course of the next several days, he took extra pictures for me and we must have sent dozens of texts back and forth. He responded almost instantly to every question I had -even on his days off. He helped get the car loaded in the transport and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Even after the sale he continued to be helpful and responsive helping me deal with the out of state title stuff. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Overall Great- Sales rep Mike & Ghaleb were great. The process was the same as it’s been at other dealers. Never did get a call back about redoing the delivery at a later time due to Mikes illness. (As I was told would happen) Or while I was there, never did the delivery portion I saw others do when buying. Especial as a first time new Porsche owner. The reason for the 4 star over the 5 star for me was the service department. They offer the oil change and unlimited hand wash. However, they don’t have enough techs or employees on hand to handle those requests. Met with another owner who was there going on 3 hours for an oil change. Just for a hand wash for me was just over 2 hours. Overall happy, just know I won’t be visiting during the weekend. Will have to make a trip during the week if I want service to facilitate a request.

The peaceful ambiance is conducive to ogling at the precious gems on display - a modern Porsche museum. I ordered a 2023 Porsche Macan S with Porsche River Oaks in September 2022. I was notified by Mustapha that Macan has arrived at dealer February 10, 2023. I drove to Houston the next day to dealer. I just want to say I’m beyond satisfied with the service advisor Michele West. She takes initiatives and went above and beyond what a great service advisor would do. Three door handles had cracks (bought a used cayenne turbo) and need to be replaced, she changed out all 4 and recommended that the decal turbo be painted black as I has ordered a new crome decal (cayenne turbo decal was missing). I kind of regretted ordering the crome, but once they got the part I thought they would just glued it in. Instead she called me and asked if I wanted it black and that they can paint it for me.…yeah! Small details but makes huge impact on my satisfaction. On top of that she got the car ready in just one day including installing a new windshield too. One word “top notch employee”!

Don’t normally leave too many reviews but had to take the time out to single out 2 people I have dealt with from day one here before they even moved. Shawn Sharp my Service Advisor & Daniel the Parts Specialist there. Daniel is one of the most welcomeing and knowledgeable people in that dealership and really takes the time out to listen and not rush you through even though he has a million things going on. Can just sit there and talk about anything. I’ve probably called him a 100 times with random questions and for him to look for specific items for me and never once did he brush it off. That goes for regular parts as well as all the clothing & gear they have there. I seem to get in trouble looking through the department when I’m waiting for my car. He’s just one of those guys that goes above and beyond. Definitely an asset to the team there. Shawn my service advisor is next. Like Daniel just always goes above and beyond for me and makes sure to take care of me even if it’s last minute. I know I can get anything taken care of and he shoots it straight with me with no fluff which I appreciate it. I know if I need anything he’s only a call away and makes time for me which is super hard given how busy they are and that means a lot from a customer standpoint. He could just do his job and be done with it and move on but I never feel that way. I have been someone that doesn’t like to go to dealership and have taken my car to independent mechanics but since coming here I have realized I probably won’t be going anywhere else when it comes to my Porsche. When the time comes I will be probably be buying there and that’s because of two people who don’t even work in the sales department. But I know what I am going to get after the fact which is important to me. I went to this dealership because I was in the market for a new vehicle but wasn't sure what I wanted yet. My car at the time was a 2016 Mercedes s550 so I wanted something comparable. I stopped by Mercedes and Audi before making my way to the Porsche dealership. Obviously since I was new to Porsche, I had a lot of questions. Mike Maidenberg answered all of my questions and was very patient. He also wasn't pushy. There's nothing worse than a salesman who oversells or tries to push you into purchasing something you're not sure you want. I test drove a few cars and liked the Cayenne S. I told Mike I needed to think about it overnight and he said "i'll be here, just let me know when you're ready and if you have more questions". After doing some research, I went back the next day and purchased the vehicle. I was crunched for time the day I bought the car as I had another appointment to make. Mike got the deal done in record time and I made it to my appointment. Instead of 4-5 hours buying a car, we got it done in two. Big thumbs up for that. The rest of the staff was super friendly... including front desk reception, sales, finance, etc. People actually seemed happy to be at work. The showroom floor had some pretty awesome cars on it. What a beautiful facility! I was greeted immediately and directed to the Sales Department, that is on the second floor. Once again I was immediately greeted by smiling faces and offered a drink. Although I was not ready to buy today, the salesperson was very helpful in answering all my questions about the 911 that I want to order, and even showed me actual paint samples of the colors I was asking about. The service department is by far the best service department I have ever gone to. They treat you like true royalty here. While my husband I were waiting for our oil change they offered to lyft us anywhere we wanted. The amenities were filled with fresh bakery items and every snack/soda option you could think of. We were religiously only going to Porsche North but this place is way more convenient and beats it out the park!

Great staff all around! I’ve entrusted repairs on my vehicles to this dealership for a number of years. Billy is my go to service advisor and he’s able to work with the techs to sort out issues with my cars. The service advisors are engaging and work together to get you in and out quickly. A couple observations about the new facility. The classic Porsches that adorn the first floor are such a treat to see in the flesh. The sales team in the main showroom let me wander about - daydreaming without being intrusive but always available. 🫠

Due to supply chain issues the Macan GTS we ordered was delayed, at the dealership, for over two months. During this time our sales agent, Mustapha Ramadan kept us apprised as much as possible. When the Bose amplifier finally arrived?David, the Sales Manager, and his team handled the sale admirably and made appropriate concessions for the delay which was beyond their control. There's only one place in Houston--or maybe all of Texas--to buy your Porsche or have it serviced, and that's the River Oaks location. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like royalty. What's more, walking around the showroom is like being in a car museum. My only regret is that I didn't get to drive one or two of those collectible cars off the showroom floor! The process of booking a custom vehicle was very uneventful which is good. I had couple of calls with Ghaleb Reda before I went to the showroom. I scheduled some time and went with the whole family. Team which invited was very welcoming and gave us a test drive and walked us through the options we had and was able to book the vehicle in under 90 mins, next day I had to make changes and the sales rep was able to do the changes and provide a new delivery date over phone. Overall thumbs up to their dealership. I have not got the vehicle yet so will keep you all posted how the whole process will progress.

My Panamera had the engine replaced by a new one paid for by Porsche. Of course i was happy with getting a new engine. The car runs great and i have had no problems to this point. What i didn’t appreciate was the length of time it took to make the determination that a new engine was warranted. Porsche knew about this problem before it happen to my car. The dealership should have told me of this problem since my car was not the first brought in for this type of problem. I did receive extra services and the use of a new 2018 Panamera while my car was repaired. That i did appreciate and “sorta made up for” the long time to repair my car. Overall i would give the whole effort a satisfactory!

This is my first Porsche and I was dreaming about it for years. I specifically wanted the 981 white Cayman and I found it, miles away at Momentum Porsche in Houston. Travis made the entire experience smooth and here I am, after a week driving the most incredible piece of engineering I ever drove, a mid engine car with incredible sounds and looks that can grip the road as a "running" tiger.

Service appears to have been done properly and all parts removed were correctly reinstalled. The were honest in the recommendation of any additional work and did not push for unnecessary repairs. Only improvement I would suggest is more proactive updates on the progress of service, i.e. please text my mobile or email on progress rather than me trying to call service dept and leaving messages requesting updates.

My car threw a cooling system warning light just before Houston ice storm. I called Alison @ Momentum on a Saturday and they got the car in on Monday. Car was done Thursday parts were in stock, even though the business was closed most of Wed and part of Thursday! This dealer service department underwent 100% turnover I think in its service advisors and manager and it was rough for awhile, but the new crew is really hitting their stride now. Thanks to Roland for taking care of me this time and Alison initially triage'd the car. Y'all need to go to Momentum again; things are drastically, drastically improved over 2-3 months ago. . .
